Chocolate brownie is all time favourite to everyone. Whit if you can make this brownie at home? Here is the recipe that too eggless. It is a very easy and simple recipe. It turns out nice, fluffy and soft just like the one that we get in a cafe. You don't need oven to make this. You can try this quick recipe at home and drop a comment for me.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup dark Chocolate
• 1/4 cup Fresh cream
• 3/4 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 1 cup Maida
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup chopped Walnuts (Optional)
• Choco chips (Optional)
• 1/2 cup dark Chocolate
• 1/4 cup Fresh cream
• 1 tbsp Fresh cream
• 1/4 cup White chocolate compound
Method:
• Heat up water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.
• Place a bowl on the sauce pan and add dark chocolate.
• Melt the chocolate completely and add fresh cream. Mix in quickly.
• Turn off the gas and add powdered sugar, oil.
• You can use 1/2 cup melted butter in place of oil.
• Mix everything well together.
• Place a sieve on the bowl and add maida, baking powder, cocoa powder.
• Mix well and sieve the mixture into the bowl.
• Add milk and mix well.
• Add walnuts, choco chips and mix well.
• You can skip walnuts and choco chips if you don't want. It is optional.
• Take a trey and line it up with wax paper at the base.
• Pour out the mixture into the tray and tap it really good.
• Preheat a kadhai on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
• Place a stand at the base and the tray on it.
• Heat up a pan and cover the kadhai with it.
• Bake the brownie on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let the brownie cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges and flip it over into a dish.
• For making ganache take dark chocolate in a bowl and add fresh cream.
• Microwave the mixture for about a minute.
• You can use double boil method for this.
• Take the mixture out and mix well. no need to microwave again.
• Chocolate ganache is ready.
• Spread the ganache on the brownie.
• Take fresh cream in a bowl and add white chocolate.
• Microwave it for just 30 seconds.
• Mix well and white chocolate ganache is ready.
• Fill up both ganache in a parchment paper cone.
• Gaenish the brownie with dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache as you like.
• Chocolate brownie is all ready.
