1 Minute Brownie a Mug

Today I'm going to show you .

This is the easiest you'll ever make, and it's healthier compared to other brownies.

It's so and it tastes so good.

This is why you'll love these healthy brownies:

It's a single serving brownie (easy portion control!).
Only 220 calories and still indulgent.
It's so fudgy in the inside.
This is the easiest dessert you can make.

💚FREE Healthy Mug Cakes Ebook:

(makes 1 brownie)
2 tbsp ground or oat flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

NUTRITIONAL INFO (per brownie):
220 calories, fat 6.9g, carb 42.1g, protein 5.7g

In a mug, add the ground oats and cocoa powder, and mix together.

Add the applesauce, milk and maple syrup (honey or agave), and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.

Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, which really depends on your microwave (find your sweetspot).

Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then top with some flaky salt and dig in.

Hi!! Love your videos just one quick question? Can I add protein powder in my mug and if so should I add some milk or maybe I can use the protein powder to replace the oat flour?
