1 MINUTE BROWNIE RECIPE
(makes 1 brownie)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ground or oat flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

NUTRITIONAL INFO (per brownie):

Preparation:
In a mug, add the ground oats and cocoa powder, and mix together.

Add the applesauce, milk and maple syrup (honey or agave), and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.
