1 Minute microwave mug recipes! Microwave Mug Meals : Microwave Mug Pizza – Microwave Mug Brownie – Microwave Edible Raw Cookie Dough

Small batch of Edible Raw COOKIE DOUGH ( Makes 2 portions)

– 50g (6 tbsp) All Purpose flour
– 30g ( 1½ tbsp unsalted Butter)
– 15g (1 tbsp) Brown Sugar
– 30g (2 tbsp) White Sugar
– ⅛ tsp Salt ( DO NOT SKIP THE SALT)
– 30g (2 tbsp) Milk
– 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

The cookie dough will be soft ( check minute 1:00) this is due to the melted butter and milk. I personally like it this way, but if u want a stiffer consistency you can pop it in the fridge ( check minute:1:08)

“Suffed Crust Pizza” in a mug – MUG PIZZA

– 13 g (1 tbsp) Butter or mild Oil
– 30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
– 25 g (3 tbsp) All purpose flour
– ¼ tsp Baking powder
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– Cheese
– Pizza Sauce
– Herbs/Extra Toppings

Microwave Cosmic MUG BROWNIE:

– 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
– 30 g (1 oz) dark chocolate – 70% cocoa
– 30 g (2 tbsp) Sugar
– 30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
– 40 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
– 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
– Pinch of Salt

For the topping melt in the microwave 30g of Chocolate (1 oz) with 2 tsp of Milk.
This melts really quickly, so careful to not burn your chocolate.
