    There are two major commercial cocoa powders available. Dutch Cocoa and Natural. natural is cocoa powder left unaltered. It’s very acidic but is good for baked goods like brownies. Dutch is treated with an alkaline solution so the acid is neutralized. It’s often good for puddings, ice cream, and chocolate syrup, since it dissolves easier in liquids.

    i tried this and the first time it was disgusting ! i had an upset stomach for days lol
    but then i bought this new protein powder and tried it again
    it was AMAZING this time
    so my advice to anyone who is going to try this is to make sure your protein powder is good (or any of the other ingredients)
    as it changed the taste and the texture dramatically
    super good if done right lolol

    just tried this and can confirm it’s really good. I took the advice of the comments and added 1/3 cup instead 1/4 cup milk, so not as dry. Subbed stevia sweetner for MonkFruit, and then also drizzled some zero sugar chocolate syrup on top.
