2 Types of Eggless Brownie Recipe | Easy Choco Chip Cookies | Eggless Cookies | Cheesecake Brownie
ingredients :
For cookie topping :-
4 tbs plain flour (maida)
1.5 tbs butter (salted)
2 tbs powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tbs milk (with room temperature)
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
Some choco chips
For cream cheese topping :-
1/4th cup Cream cheese (with room temperature)
1.5 tbs icing sugar/powder sugar
1/2 tbs plain flour (maida)
Less than 1/2 tbs milk (with room temperature)
Couple of drops vanilla essence
For brownie batter :-
320 gm melted cooking chocolate
150 gm butter (salted)
150 gm condensed milk
1/4 cup milk diluted with 1 tsp instant coffee
1 cup plain flour (maida/take wheat and maida half and half)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method :
To make cookie topping, take a mixing bowl, add 4 tbs plain flour (maida)
Add 1.5 tbs butter (salted)
Add 2 tbs powder sugar and mix it well
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Add 1/2 tbs milk (with room temperature)
Add 1/8 tsp baking powder
Add 1/8 tsp baking soda
Add some choco chips, mix it well and keep aside.
To make cream cheese topping, take a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup cream cheese (with room temperature)
Add 1.5 tbs icing sugar/powder sugar
Add 1/2 tbs plain flour (maida)
Add less than 1/2 tbs milk (with room temperature)
Add couple of drops vanilla essence and mix it well
To make brownie batter, take a mixing bowl, add 320 gm melted cooking chocolate (in microwave for 40 sec/use double boiler process)
Add 150 gm butter (salted)
Add 150 gm condensed milk (for fudgy texture) and mix it well
Add 1/4 cup milk diluted with 1 tsp instant coffee powder and make smooth mixture
Now take a big mixing bowl, add 1 cup plain flour (maida/take wheat and maida half and half)
Add 1 tsp baking powder
Add chocolate mixture
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix it well
Further to bake brownies take a baking tray
Place 2 parchment papers greased with oil making partition in the middle
Add mixture on both of them
Add cookie topping on one side
Add some choco chip on top
Add cheese topping on the other side (swirl gently with toothpick)
Keep the tray in 10 mins preheated oven and bake it for 20-25 mins at 180⁰
(After 20 mins check if it's baked by inserting a toothpick)
Once baked, rest for an hour and then cut it
