INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1 of Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (about 300g)
10 Tablespoons of Self Raising Flour (about 1 Cup)
2 Eggs

Optional: Decorated with Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Frosting or Icing Sugar (for dusting)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20-25 minutes

MAKES 12 CUPCAKES

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    Just made them myself… Absolutely Fabulous!!!
    The dough itself already was so good, I ate nearly half of it, while making
    it!
    Nutella is just totally awesome! And I’m gonna weigh 3 kg more tomorrow…
    at least 😀

    But the Muffins were a bit (only a bit!) too dry… Anybody know what to do
    about that?
    Bake’em a bit shorter (I baked them for 20 min) maybe?

    Tip when making this recipe also add about 1/4 cup of oil then beat
    together with a beater, this moisten the cupcakes, if you dont they are
    hard instead of fluffy and cake like.

    Just got an idea!!! You can make a lava cake! Use this exact recipe then
    you can make a hole through the cupcake (make sure it upside-down for the
    lava cake look) than I think you could melt the nutella to have more of a
    runny texture and you have a lava cake! You can also sprinkle sugar like he
    did! If you try tell me how it goes!
