Hey guys! Here is a sweet potato !

My inspo was the amazing guys over at BOSH

Sweet potato brownie recipe:
2 large sweet potatoes
½ cup of soy milk (add more if the mixture is too sticky)
2 cups of oats
1 cup of almond meal
¾ cup of cocoa
2 tbs of date paste
1 cup of pitted dates

Here are a few things you should know about losing weight.
You MUST be in a calorie deficit!! I personally don't count calories, but to get you started and to understand calorie density you might find the links below useful👇

    Dr Greger has a brownie recipe with beans. Heck, I could probably combine the two recipes and eat that for dinner for a week.

    Like Chef Aj says, “If it’s in your house, it’s in your mouth”. That being said, I’m in the weight removal phase, so this type of indulgence is something I would do in a VERY blue moon. I commented earlier and said I was trying this recipe, and I will, but not for quite a while. I have zero control over higher processed foods and if I make them, I make sure I have a small serving and give the rest away. Just works better for me.

    Thank you Chelsea for another great video. I make a very similar sweet potato brownie they are delicious. A little hack to save you some time with the chocolate on top of the brownies. Immediately after removing the pan from the oven put the chocolate on top of the hot brownies and just let it sit there it will melt and then you can spread it across the top.
