She provides a --step cooking demonstration showing you easy it is to make these brownies from scratch from healthy ingredients. To all the chocolate lovers of the world, this recipe is for you!

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F:

Mix together dry ingredients in a big bowl:

2 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cacao powder

Mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl:

2 (for fudgy brownies) or 4 eggs (for cake-like brownies)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond
3/4 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in bathes and mix well.

Add in 1/2 cup optional chopped walnuts.

If using a metal pan, bake for 30 min at 350 degrees F. If using a glass pan, bake for 40 min.

    Hello, Doctor, thanks for the fairly healthy recipe for your paleo brownies. They look absolutely delicious, and especially so for me right now because I’m currently midway through a 7-day water fast. I’m an experienced faster but they are always challenging. Throughout the year I’m *Low-Carb, high protein, saturated fats, OMAD 22/2* and then 3 or 4 times a year I’ll do multi-day fasts anywhere from 2 to 7 days.

    Could we use Maple flavored syrup sweetened with monkfruit? The type I have is not thick. Would that matter? Like, does the sweetener need to be thick?
