BEFORE YOU LOOK AT THIS RECIPE LOOK AT THE MACROS, BE AMAZED, AND THANK REMINGTON FOR THIS RECIPE BY WATCHING THE VIDEO AND OR BUYING HIS COOKBOOK, then refer to this recipe when you need to make this quick and easy. Give our boy some money.

183g canned pumpkin(unsweetened, not pumkin pie mix)
14g coconut flour(you can use regular flour if you don’t have coconut flour
62g or two scoops chocolate protein powder
    10g unsweetened cocoa powder/baking cocoa
    40g sugar free chocolate syrup
5g zero calorie sweetener(you can use more or less)
    3g baking soda
whisk until a very thick batter forms
Spray square baking pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper, and then fill with batter and spread it to fit the edges of the pan. Bake at 350 fahrenheit or 176 degrees C for 10 minutes to get a firm outside but gooey interior or up to 13 minutes to get a dryer interior.
Top with 85g halo top or other low cal ice cream, and drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup.
Calories for just the brownie, no halo top: 377 calories
Macros for the whole brownie with halo top: 560 calories, 60g protein 62g carbs 8g fat
(In my calculations the brownie with halo top only had around 480 calories but there may be different calories in the products i saw when looking up the calories vs. what remington used.

Good thing about these recipes is they all use most of the same ingredients so if you can make one you can probably make others.
