In this video I bake blondies, which are basically ! Please tweet me a photo or post a photo on instagram using the hashtag #BakingWithTanyaBurr if you make them as I’d love to see 🙂

This was only the second time I made these blondies and I’ve made them a third time since making this video and I’ve decided they only need 28mins in the oven and a 100g of white chocolate chips poured into the mixture at the same point that you put the pecans in, so that you get melted white chocolate bits in the middle instead of just the main mixture having the white chocolate flavour. Note to self: make things more than once before filming a video showing other people how to make them haha.

I’m definitely going to try this! Tanya I was wondering if you could do a
video on anxiety, your personal experiences and dealing with it? I’ve been
suffering a lot with it lately and I know that you and zoe both suffer with
it, it would mean the world if you could make a video about it, maybe even
    with Zoe, to help. Thanks!

than the one I normally use lol and I don’t have one of those scales

Does anyone know the level of sweetness of these brownies? I want to try
and make these, but I’m hesitant because white chocolate is typically too
sweet for me. Perhaps it depends on the type of chocolate?

I’ve never tried baking with a video before… Only ever used a book

If you don’t like pecan nuts, this is gonna sound weird, you can put things
like popcorn in, toffee popcorn is really nice in blondes coz they go
softer and the toffee melts into it slightly
