What supplements do I take as a vegan?

– D3 + K2 formula
– Omega 3/ algae DHA (all linked above)

Sweet potato brownie recipe:
– 2 cups steamed sweet potato
– 12 large pitted medjool dates
– 100g oat flour
– 100g almond flour
– I scoop dark chocolate vivolife protein (linked above)
– 3-4 TBSP good cashew butter
– 6 TBSP carob or cacao powder
– 5-6 TBSP maple syrup
– 2 tsp baking powder
– water from a can of chickpeas
– 100g pecan nuts
– 100g broken up chocolate chunks/chips
