1 cup mashed banana (2 medium sized bananas)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (145g)
1/4 cup peanut butter (65g)
1/4 cup honey (85g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ground oats (or oat flour) (100g)

In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, softened peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Whisk until it's well combined.
Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Line 8 by 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter, smooth the top and bake at 350F (180C) degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut in 9 equal squares (or 16 if you want smaller pieces).
