Who says you can't have instead of a Birthday ?! … Especially when they are biscoff . The caramelised ginger spiced biscuits are in the brownies in spread and biscuit form, whilst the itself is deliciously gooey and moist…. these were insanely naughty!

Should have mixed melted butter into the crumbs….or even some of the warmed biscoff. It would become like a cheesecake base

Noo brownie isn’t quite like cake, you do want a little bit to come out on the skewer when you take them out as they continue cooking after. And (at least I do) you want them fudgy!! Don’t want brownies to be like cake

    Bhappy Birthday Barry!
Also.. the subtitles at around 7:08 says “This is my birthday, bastard.” when you were actually saying Boston, not Bastard =P

Barry, had you been on the birthday beers when you filmed this?
It’s like you’ve turned your personality up to 11.

For future reference, add some melted butter to the crumbs when making a crust like that.

Those “Biscoff” (Lotus) biskits are available in Bulgaria only at gas station when you order coffee … So I don’t drink coffee but I had a chance to try one. Omg the best biskit in the world. I never remembered the brand … but I knew the shape … Anyway, I’ve never ever seen them in any store … until last month. We have new shop that have expensive items from Italy, UK and more … mostly new items … Never seen before … and I saw that pack of “Biscoff” and I got the small one, to try them … Well thank God they are the same as the ones at the gas station. I’m happy that I can by them. P.S. Do a video of how you do Biscoff.
