BEST BROWNIE RECIPE EVER (+ HEALTHY!)

GUYS YOU HAVE TO TRY THESE!!! Secret ingredient… black beans! But you can’t even taste them I swear. (Tasty) brownies really can’t get much healthier than this, (, butter & oil free) and THEY ARE SO GOOD. Also non- approved. Recipe below, ENJOY 🙂

I found a few black bean brownie recipes and changed it up a bit myself because most had loads of oil and butter, and I created something amazing haha I hope you love these as much as I do!

RECIPE
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup rice malt/maple/date syrup (any vegan syrup)
2 tbsp coconut sugar – forgot to put in video! but if sweet enough you don’t need to add 🙂
1 large RIPE banana
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup vegan choc chips
+ more chips, for presentation 😉

Preheat oven to 180 C. Combine all ingredients except chips in a blender or processor. Stir in the chips, then pour into a baking pan. Can add extra chocolate chips over the top, then cook the brownies for 15-18 minutes (or until skewer comes out clean), then let cool at least 10 minutes before trying to cut. They may look a little undercooked on the inside (one of my previous batches did) but trust me they still taste incredible, and you can even pop them in the fridge for a few hours and they will firm up 🙂 Serve warm with dairy free ice cream, thank me later 😉

    Hey Nicole, for the banana, is it used as an egg replacement for this
    recipe? Id love to make these to share with my husband, but he is highly
    allergic to bananas. So I was wondering what it was used for so I know if I
    should replace it with powder egg-replacer, or flax meal. Thanks! These
