all purpose flour 70g 2/3 cup
caster sugar 230g 1 cup
vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
150g chocolate or your choice 3/4 cup
butter 100g 1/2 cup
corn flour 16g 2 tbsp
milk 30g 2tbsp
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

bake at 180C for 25 min then crack the top with spoon and bake another 25 minute
