1/4 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread (room temp)
1/4 cup Earth Balance Shortening
1 cup sugar http://full.sc/PRWAGS
3/4 cup silken tofu
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup agave nectar
1. Pre- heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In mixing bowl, add room temperature buttery spread and shortening and mix it together with a fork. Add sugar, baking powder, sea salt, cocoa powder and tofu. Mix it all together. Add vanilla extract, almond milk, agave nectar and peanut butter. Mix well. Add flour and stir in chocolate chips.
3. Line 8×8 glassware dish with parchment paper and pour in brownie batter. Spread out evenly and bake in oven for 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees. When you can put a toothpick in brownies and it comes out clean, it is done
