Who knew yesterday’s leftovers could be today’s rich and chewy brownies? Jax shows you her favorite recipe!
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained
3 Tbsp canola oil
⅔ cup sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add eggs, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Cover and process until smooth. Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
