Who knew yesterday’s leftovers could be today’s rich and chewy ? Jax shows you her favorite !

INGREDIENTS
1 (15 oz) can , rinsed & drained
3 Tbsp canola oil
3 eggs
⅔ cup sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided

METHOD
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place the beans and oil in a processor, blender or immersion blender. Cover and process until combined.

Add eggs, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Cover and process until smooth. Stir in half of the chocolate chips.

Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.

for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

    I made a similar recipe and although it was good, the texture as on point,
    it was drier in the mouth than ooey gooey brownies. I’ll def make it again
    for my celiac friend though.

    I just tried this recipe! They aren’t that sweet so if you want your
    brownies to be as sweet as box-brownies then I recommend 3/4-1 cup instead
    of 2/3 cup of sugar. either that or add more chocolate chips on top-I
    prefer more chips. If you like your brownies extremely fudgy then I’d add
    only 2 eggs. I personally prefer my brownies in between fudgy and cakey so
    I used the original 3 eggs. These will be great before workouts, and maybe
    even for breakfast since they’re so filling! The people who I served these
    to couldn’t even tell these weren’t normal brownies!
