Ive made these twice and theyre sooooo good! the only thing id change is not baking it for to long because it gets really crispy (idk why, they just do) and id add more cream cheese to each cupcake or add more chocolate/sugar to the brownie part because the flavour isnt as strong as id like!

Laura, please reply to this! I was supposed to make this for my friend’s birthday party which is starting in 4 hours. I did exactly everything you said to do, but my cupcakes turned out different! The top layer became hard and crispy, and the cheese was burnt. When I cut it in half, the inside was still wet and slimy. Can you tell me what I did wrong??

Did you get all the measurements and temperature right? You have to place the tray in the middle of your oven to bake evenly. If in doubt of your temperature oven, go get an oven thermometer.

Love this tutorial but I’m a bit disappointed that you dont put the measurements of each of the ingredients. I usually have to research the ingredients to get the measurements :/ Instead of saying you need chocolate chips and butter, can u tell me how much? (like 2 cups , 2 tsp ??? )
@PandaShmandas123 she does that so you go onto her blog, it is sort of a hassle but she is still good

I guess you’d have to get the relative proportions just right – perhaps double what she used for the mini ones- so 2 tbsps of brownie batter and 1 tbsp of cheesecake maybe?

Followed the measurements & intructions from the website but it made only 18 pcs instead of 30 that she mentioned. Had to make twice.
Did you use a mini muffin pan or a regular sized cupcake pan? It sounds like that might be what happened.

i used a normal size cupcakepan. actually they turned out heavenly! they were neither super fluffy nor super dense. just really moist and delicious!
Do you remember how long you baked them?
unfortunately not… but i think i took them out when the cheesecake part started to lightly brown around the edges

You can still make the same amount of cheesecake mix, but of course you should put more than a teaspoon on top of each cupcake. Plus it’s really just preference of how much cheesecake you want in it 🙂

I made these the other day as my first time baking experience… I ended up putting too much batter in each cup so it kind of overflew in the oven and had cracked edges but the brownie itself tasted DELICIOUS!

I wonder if I do half brownie with half cheesecake instead of 1 scoop-1 tsp, and a 9″ plate instead of bite sizes, will the cake be cooked well or something may happen? ;)
