    do you know how ‘hot’ the microwave should heat? in germany, lots of people
    have about 100 watts as the lowest and ~ 800 watts as the highest!

    Oat flour? umm my mum is celiac and she has been told she cant have oats
    ’cause they may be contaminated with gluten 🙁 is there any otehr flour we
