So a proper brownie needs to be gooey, chocolatey and fudgey. You won’t believe that this recipe is vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free! What’s magic ingredient? Black beans. It’s AMAZING.

Can someone explain to me what are the non-medical reasons to avoid gluten? The only people I know that don’t eat it are people who end up in the hospital if they do.

Forgive my possible ignorance, but I thought porridge oats aren’t gluten free?

This is a really good alternative recipe — still delicious, but with loads of fibre. It’s easier to get oat flour from the oats if you blitz them by themselves first. Also, for the truly gluten sensitive, be aware that the oats must be certified gluten-free, as some are processed where wheat it also milled.

But egg, dairy and gluten are Not bad for you (except when it comes to allergic and intolerant people of course), this trend really needs to stop, it spreads so much misinformation… (btw I’m not criticizing sorted, it’s obviously great to have a lot of different recipies for everybody)
