Hi 🙂 I’ve always found that if you use full fat coconut milk the cream
works much better. You just leave it in the fridge upside down so when you
open it you can drain of the liquid and scoop out the solid part. When ever
i tried using coconut cream it did exactly what yours did :/ it must have
too much liquid in it or something 🙂 I love your videos :)

I had that problem when I tried coconut cream last year. I just heated a
teaspoon of it with a teaspoon of cornstarch and mixed that into the main
mixture and then let it set in the fridge. Came out like mock cream/real
cream hybrid. Was good for piping onto cake tops.

Awesome recipe! a tip for the whipped cream, try not to let any liquid
touch the solid. Once you flipped it over I was like noooo lol. just put it
in the fridge upside down since you opened from the bottom and scoop out
the solid first instead of draining out the water. works everytime! ? –
    lots of love ?❤

Hi there! I just discovered your channel and am subbing! Lots of great
vegan recipes here! These brownies look delicious! And yes, coconut whipped
cream can be VERY tempermental! I made a batch a couple weeks ago that
didn’t firm up at all, and then for Thanksgiving I made another batch that
was so thick I was able to pipe with it. Either way it’s always delicious!
    :-)
