Oven temp for cornflakes: 140C
Oven temp for brownie: 170C

125g Cornflakes
40g Malt
40g Caster Sugar
40g Butter
1/2 tsp

85g Unsalted Butter
85g Dark
165g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
60g Plain Flour
25g Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

225g Caster Sugar
150g Double Cream
75g Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

    I’ve made this before, and it tasted heavenly. The crunchy top destroyed the roof of my mouth though. A sacrifice I was willing to make for the sake of yumminess.
