All your hard work on perfecting this recipe will pay off at my house, so
thank you! This looks absolutely decadent! :-)

Funny, Thomas J’s recipe is eerily similar ?I love his and I’ve been using
it since that episode of kitchen conundrums ?

Thanks so much! I’ve been experimenting for quite a while with Brownies to
get that texture and chewyness, hadn’t thought that oil and butter would be
    a worth while mix

Odd timing. I haven’t had a good brownie since childhood and I was trying
to create the perfect brownie per my tastes. Chewy, crinkled on top and
slightly crispy edges. I only got into 1 trial and now you posted this
video. I’ll be making your recipe ASAP. Thank you for this video.

as I always want to change just one more little so I understand you well

this whole deal with pounds, tablespoons, cups etc is driving me crazy.
could you please include metric measurements too? i would be forever

  11. PatisserieBoy on January 23, 2017: (Reply)

Ya knoooowwwww….with metric…you don’t get “weird” or “awkward” amounts.
I’m not assigning fault to you, but I wonder when the day will come that
the American public will spearhead that change. There’s literally not a
single benefit to volumetric measurements in baking.
