OK… a few things. I made this. I wasn’t in my own kitchen so I was out of my element. That was the first issue. The second issue was melting the chocolate….boy….my family didn’t have anything to melt the chocolate in so I had to resort to using two pots. The chocolate hardened like a brick! So I had to put a little butter in the chocolate to soften it up. Second, I followed the recipe to the ‘T’ and the batter was so watery that I had to add a little bit more flour. Third, I hate my family’s flat top stove. The temp could go 180 degrees but it wasn’t hot at all!! I had to crank the oven up to 350 and cook for fifteen minutes. Last but not least, remember when I said I hate their stove? Yeah, the cake wasn’t even fully cooked. I made 4 lava cakes cuz my ramekins are small and my brother-in-law said his was cooked. Mine wasn’t fully cooked…So I took the last two and put it back in the oven to cook for another 10 minutes. Only time will tell if these two are fully done. Their flat top stove bakes horribly bad!!!
