~INGREDIENTS~

Weight of Cake- approx 1/2 Kg
Cake tin used- 8″x8″ square cake tin
Measuring cup used- 200ml

For Batter

All purpose or maida- 1 cup or approx 150g
powder- 1/4 cup or approx 40g
Powdered - 1/2 cup or 75g
Melted butter- 1/4 cup or 50ml
powder-4 tbsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup or 100ml
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Chopped cashewnuts- 1 tbsp + little for garnishing

For Ganache
compound chocolate- 125g
Milk- 1/4 cup or 50ml

Dark and white choco chips for decoration
