for the brownie;
semi sweet dark chocolate 80g
unsalted butter 60g
sugar 1/3 cup (65g)
milk 1/2 cup (125ml)
flour (maida) 1 cup (150g)
cocoa powder 1tbsp (7.5g)
baking powder 1/2 tsp (2.5g)

for the cream;
whipping cream 1 cup (250ml)
powdered sugar 1/3 cup (35g)

for the top layer;
melted dark chocolate 80g
some sprinkles on top – optional

*** baking tray 5×10 inch
baking time for oven : bake preheated oven at 180c for 20 to 25 minutes
