A chocolate brownie or simply a brownie is a square or rectangular chocolate baked confection. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. They may include nuts, frosting, cream cheese, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. This Chocolate Brownie Cake is super easy, remarkably moist, and as delectable as it gets! One bite of this cake and it is sure to become a favorite! enjoy

Ingredients:
for the brownie mixture :
semi sweet dark chocolate 100g
sugar 1/3 cup
cooking oil 1/2 cup
flour (maida) 3/4 cup
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 1tsp

for the chocolate mixture or ganache :
semi sweet dark chocolate 100g
milk (hot) 1/3 cup

for the topping melted white chocolate – 20g

*** baking tray size 10×5 inch ***
*** for oven : bake preheated oven at 180c for 25 to 30 minutes ***
