Eggs – 2
Powdered Sugar – 3/4 cup
Oil – 1/2 cup
vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup
Baking Powder – 3/4 teaspoon
All Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
In a bowl add eggs, sugar and beat for 3 mins or until pale and thick.
Then add oil, vanilla essence and beat well.
Add cocoa powder, baking powder and beat until well combined. (Don't over mix the batter)
Add flour and fold gently with the help of a spatula.
Pour the mixture in 8 inches baking pan which is aligned with butter paper.
Bake it at 180 C for 20 to 25 mins.
Cut the brownies into equal squares.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar or chocolate chips on it.
Chocolate Brownies are ready to eat.
