    To make whip cream u need heavy whipping cream because regular cream will

    Wow. This looks amazing. Well, i know what i will do next as a desert for a
    group bigger than me and my partner 😀
    I do have a basic question, i hope you can help out.
    I have been asked to make a huge birthday cake – one with alot of layers. i
    checked out a few recepes and i fell over buttercream icing. When i was
    trying it out i got my handmixer starting to boil from the inside instead
    of getting the creamy consistency. I had alot of lumps, it wasn’t smooth
    and wouldn’t spread at all – next time, I will try with my standmixer- but
    worse: it was very very sweet. Is there a method to make it not soo sweet?
    I have seen vids of swiss merengue buttercream, which they say is more
    creamy and less sweet, but I’m not so confident about the egg thing in
    I’m sorry, long text, but i would really be glad to get some help from you

    i just read the written recipe for fudgy brownie on your website. it was
    mentioned to bake only for 30mins. whenever i bake cakes, i never go by the
    time prescribed. because i use a toaster oven and i always set the
    temperature to 150 degree centi(coz my oven cant take more). so therefore
    time always varies. i check the cakes with a knife to see if its completely
    done by passing the knife through the centre. should i do the same way for
    brownies too?? how do i know when they are done?? i dont want them to be
    cakey. so how exactly do i know when they are fudgey and perfect??
