RECIPE

So heres the adapted (correct ingredients)

INGREDIENTS

6 x 80% Dark chocolate Squares
1 cup
½ cup flour
½ cup salted butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder


1 TspSea salt (chunky)
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup Double cream

Recipe

Add the dark chocolate and melt in a bowl

Mix the eggs and butter together and then combine with everything else, this is a chuck it all in type of rushed brownie.

Caramel
heat the sugar until melted and starting to colour, then whisk in the butter and then the cream, the sprinkle in the salt.

Pour the chocolate into a lined tin and then put over the caramel sauce, use a spoon to mix some of the caramel in to the brownie to create patterns.

Bake for 20mins 180c or until knife comes out cleanish.
