   Hey friends…i tried this recepie today as it was my 7th wedding anniversary and this cake turned out soo yummm…my family loved the cake and they were happy…this is soo soft and spongey i really loved it…this cake took more time to cook like an hour …however this is the best..

    Do I need to keep the gasket while baking? I tried baking without gasket and my cake sagged in the middle. Can sagging might have happened as I didn’t put on the gasket while baking?
