Creamy Caramel Layered Brownie Recipe

I don't think I can really call this a recipe, it's more of a tutorial. Either way, here is how I easily make the most amazing caramel filled brownies.

You need:

2 boxes of brownie mix
1- 5oz Can Evaporated Milk
2 Bags of the Kraft caramels

Of course, you could do this all from scratch but that would take the easy out of this recipe 😉
