Here’s an awesome recipe I made with my Swolemate for Valentine’s day that is vegan friendly and packed with protein. You can enjoy this anytime of the year too, of course! 🙂

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1 Cup Cashew Milk (or Almond Milk)
3/4 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vegan Friendly)
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Clove
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbls Ground Flaxseed in 7 Tbls water
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup Semi Sweet (Dairy Free) Chocolate Chips
Mix all ingredients together and bake for 30 mins.
Served with a side of dairy-free ice cream/coconut whipped cream and raspberries.
