FUDGY BROWNIE WITH nutella recipe
Ingredients:

• All-purpose flour 100 grams
• Cocoa powder 35 grams
Bake in preheated oven at 150 °C for 20 minutes (soft and super moist texture).
Bake in preheated oven at 160 °C for 20 minutes (crispier texture).

Fish Prep
• Fish boneless chunks 500 gms
• salt 3/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
• Green cardamoms 4
• Cloves 4
• Cinnamon sticks 2
• Fresh coriander leaves 8-10 sprigs whole
Other Ingredients
• Fresh coriander leaves 1 handful
• Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
• Green chilies 2-3
• Onions 2 big
• Boiled Potatoes 3 big sized
• Salt as needed
• Red chili powder 3/4 tsp or to taste
• Garam Masala 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
• Chat masala 1 tsp
Frying
• Egg 1, whisked
• Oil for shallow frying
CHATPATA MUTTON MASALA
Ingredients:
• Mutton/Beef 1.5 kg (with bones)
• Oil 3/4 cup
• Onions 3 big sized, sliced
• Green cardamoms 10
• Black cardamoms 4
• Cinnamon sticks 2
• Cloves 12
• Black peppercorns 1/4 tsp
• Ginger paste 3 tsp
• Garlic paste 3 tsp
• Salt 3/4 tsp
• Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder 6 tsp
• Water as needed
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Garam masala 1/2 tbsp

For Meatballs/ Koftas: To make around 10-12 meatballs

• Onion 1/2 medium
• Green chili 1-2
• Garlic 1-2 cloves
• Egg 1
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
• Garam masala 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
• Bread crumbs 6 tsp (more or less as needed)
For gravy:
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Onions 3 medium
• Tomatoes 3 big
• Green chili 1-2
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander powder 1/4 tbsp
