I made these yesterday. It was so good. It’s not too sweet and it’s very
moist. My mom loved it! Though when I put it in the refrigerator, it
hardened. So we decided not to put it there if we’re not gonna eat it yet.
But other than that, it’s delicious! I added marshmallows, cashew nuts and
chocolate chips. It’s marvelous! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

  21. Kenny Lee on September 6, 2014: (Reply)

This is really awesome, this recipe is perfectly drafted out step by step,
had no problems at all baking it. But then i have a question as to when do
we know the brownie is fully cooked? I tried using a tooth prick and poke
    it into the brownie.
The result for mine after 25mins of heating in the oven, the upper crust
was very crusty but the inside was still abit liquidy. How did i know? When
i remove the toothprick from the brownie, i could see the wet liquidy
    moisture on the prick.

Is this the right way to test if the brownie is fully cooked.
And if so, how would we know if its cooked by using this method? heh

I add chopped walnut pieces and they’re yummy! Also I whisk my eggs before
I incorporate them into my mixture but I will cool down the mixture first –
now that I have seen you do that before placing the eggs in the bowl. I
never thought to add Cocoa though so I will try that next time. And I add 2
Parts Flour to 1 Part Rice Flour I find it makes my Brownies light and
fluffy. I also use Milk Chocolate Melts – just for that extra decadence!
Many thanks from New Zealand… xx

How long should I wait before adding the eggs to the butter/chocolate/sugar
mixture? You say to wait to let it cool so to not cook the eggs, but you
didn’t say how long to wait. I want to try this recipe tomorrow and don’t
want to screw it up by cooking the eggs.
