One bite and you will fall in love with this super cake ! It’s super and super fudgy in texture. It’s an Australian mud cake, but in simple terms it’s a brownie type cake. It’s dense like a fudge brownie, dark and delicious but it’s also super moist and tall like a chocolate cake.

I cover the chocolate mud with a delicious dark chocolate butter ganache which is amazing. The recipe that is below.

something went wrong n does not turn out to be like yours cake top of the
cake taste like burnt caramel but inside it was soft after putting it in
refrigerator it is like stone but wen i heat it up in microwave it becomes
little softer. Though it taste yummy. I want to make this in microwave cauz

Is there a alternative to using coffee? Can I just add the hot water and in
place of the instant coffee add vanilla extract?

I loved the cake recipie of yours. For the first time i baked it dint come
out well. As in the cake got broken, maybe because the batter was kinda
liquidy. But the taste was amazing. Later when i baked again it came out
perfect and the taste was superb. Thanks for the lovely recipie. I have a
doubt. How much ml of oil should i use in place of 250gms unsalted butter.
    Could you please temme that.

This looks amazing! I’m just wondering if it’s best to bake the day of
serving or if a day before would be ok and it still be moist? I’m planning
on using chocolate buttercream icing instead of your ganache simply because
    I have some left overs.

Why are there no written printable recipes? It’s nice to have an ingredient list, but it’s only half the recipe without directions. I don’t know of a single person that prepares meals while watching Youtube.
