Easy Nutella Brownies Recipe

These 4-ingredient Nutella brownies are so to make, they are , rich and chewy. You can prepare these homemade Nutella brownies with homemade Nutella or with store bought Nutella. If you are a Nutella lover, you must try this easy and recipe.

14oz (400g) Nutella, store bought or homemade
2 large eggs + 1 yolk
1/3 cup (42g)
1 tablespoon (8g) Cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt

1. Preheat to 350F (175C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, letting the paper hang over two sides.
2. In a large bowl mix Nutella and eggs, sift in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until incorporated.
3. Pour into prepared dish and smooth top with spatula.
4. Bake for 17-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Let cool before cutting and serving.

    If I may, one piece of advice: whenever you add flour or dry ingredients in general to a mixture, incorporate it/them gradually. Especially in this case, considering how sticky your egg-chocolate mixture is. Otherwise, it”s hard to avoid the lumps. At a first glance it’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference when you taste it and it’s super silky as a brownie is supposed to. Great video! ? Cheers!
