Today's video we're going to make an easy to make coconut brownie to celebrate MOTHER'S DAY! It's not a secret anymore that many people out there like to spend money and buy a boxed brownie mix from supermarket, but it won't happen anymore because today, we will make a super TASTY coconut brownie, and super EASY to make at home!
So, prepare the ingredients, let's rock our kitchen, and happy MOM's day, for all the Mothers out there 😉

Ingredients
Fudgy Brownie:
– 4 oz chocolate
– 3/4 cup butter
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1.5 tsp espresso powder
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp vanilla extact
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup chocolate powder

Coconut Filling:
– 200 gr coconut flakes
– 300 gr condensed milk
– 1/4 cup melted butter

Chocolate ganache:
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 4 oz chocolate

For topping (Optional) :
– 1/4 cup almond flakes
– 1/4 cup coconut flakes
