Today we will make Eggless brownie Recipe At Home. Chocolate Brownies are loved by everyone, especially children. Brownie can be made in various forms like fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Usually Brownies are made with Plain flour/Maida, but I avoid using Maida whenever possible. In this recipe I have used Whole Wheat Flour to make a healthier version of Brownies. Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 Cup/ 150 gms
Cocoa Powder – 1/2 Cup / 50 gms
sugar – 1 Cup / 200 gas
Baking Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/4 Tsp
Chopped Walnuts – to garnish
Choco chips – to garnish
Method:
First of all, we have to sift all the dry ingredients. So, place a sifter on a mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients. Mix them and then sift. Sifting is necessary as it will break all the lumps. Now add oil and mix once. Now gradually add 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp water and mix nicely. Make a lump free batter.
Transfer it in a greased baking dish. Add some chopped walnuts and chaco-chips on top and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 25-30 mins
Keep and eye after 25 mins.
Once baked, allow them to cool to room temperature. When cool, cut them in squares or bars and enjoy yummy brownies.
