This egg free made without oven in a closed pot aka a cooker / vessel / gas tandoor loaded with extra and hazelnuts makes you go nuts over it! Double , Gooey or Fudgy you decide! this cause its just a matter of mixing a couple of ingredients, and impress people! And ofcourse, its on our own series Eggless Baking Without Oven! 🙂

    dont we need to add baking pwd/ soda?.. I tried a cake in pressure cooker
    with salt, but unfortunately the cake had a different texture unlike the
    one made in convection microwave . Also it got the burned salt smell to it
    🙁 .What is the difference between cake n brownie can we use the same
    procedure as of a cake( n bake in in convection microwave) n cut it in
    squares?

    Hi Yaman, I am going to use your recipe tomorrow for Valentine’s Day… I
    hope it comes out good. I am going to colour the white chocolate pink and
    put Nutella instead of dark chocolate. I am also going to put walnuts
    inside of the brownie and not on top, and skip the coffee. Thanks so much
    for posting this recipe. I am a really big fan of you because your eggless
    desserts are just superb and you show that eggless baking is not only VERY
    MUCH POSSIBLE, but because I ate egg cakes as a child, I can tell you that
    it comes out WAY BETTER with condensed milk, yoghurt etc. than with eggs.
