Ingredients:
2 Flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxmeal + 1/4 cup warm water)
Lime Matcha Pancakes:
1 cup spelt flour (sub for any flour like plain, wholemeal..etc)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp Kenko Tea Matcha
1/2 flax egg mixture
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice malt syrup (sub for any vegan sweetner)
1/2 cup almond milk (sub for any dairy free milk)
Optional: add in 1 small banana or apple sauce for a better consistency
Brownie Pancakes:
1 cup spelt flour (sub for any flour like plain, wholemeal..etc)
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup carob powder
1/4 cup cacao powder (sub for cocoa)
1/2 flax egg mixture
1/4 tsp pink rock salt
1 tbsp rice malt syrup (sub for any vegan sweetner)
1/2 cup almond milk – 2-3 tbsp more if needed (sub for any dairy free milk)
1/2 cup chopped dairy free chocolate (sub for choc chips or any other add in)
Optional: add in 1 small banana or apple sauce for a better consistency
