Easy Quick Fudge : Brownie Recipe: How To Make :
Di says this is the Best Fudge Brownies Recipe! Simple to make and a joy to eat! No mixer, pot or stove top required! One, two, three & then time to EAT! Just what you need when you’re hungry & want to satisfy your dessert craving! So, get in the kitchen bake these today! Baking homemade brownies from could not be easier! For her husband (Especially for Valentines Day) Di makes these with white chips, but you could try milk , semi sweet or all 3 for triple the pleasure! How about peanut butter chips! Or just throw in a few nuts for something a bit more crunchy! During the holidays, Di encourages friends not to spend a lot of money on fancy desserts when entertaining. Making these with mint chips / mint chips for Thanksgiving,Christmas or New Years Eve adds a special touch & her family always loves to see them on the dessert menu. They look really nice if you cut them small and place them in mini cupcake liners. For Halloween or the Fall, she’ll swirl them with pumpkin, caramel or even cream cheese to give them that cheesecake taste! Top them with some icing for an even more rich dessert or just dust them with powdered sugar (confectioners’ sugar) for a simple, but yummy presentation. Di loves them served warm topped with some ice cream too! We could talk brownies forever!

I just made these brownies earlier with nuts, and it came out really good!
love this recipe… thank you for sharing 🙂

  55. Dishin With Di on May 4, 2013: (Reply)

So glad you loved them! My hub loves these brownies too, but he’s not a nut
fan, so that’s why I didn’t add them. I’ll have to share some of my other
    brownie recipes! 🙂

  56. Samia R. on May 4, 2013: (Reply)

Can I substitute the chocolate chips I just ran out of em!!!!! :(so can I
use more coco I REALLY want 2 try this 1?!!!!!!:):$

  57. Samia R. on May 4, 2013: (Reply)

I want 2 make them again because I left a comment when I made them before!

  58. Dishin With Di on May 4, 2013: (Reply)

A better substitute is just semi sweet baking chocolate. The cocoa won’t
add the moisture and richness that the chips do. Good luck and thanks for
the comment 2 weeks ago too! 🙂

  59. Samia R. on May 5, 2013: (Reply)

    Thanks soooo much !!

I can’t remember off the top of my head. You’ll have to check the recipe.
It’s on my web site, which is listed in the video, during the review of

What if you don’t have the chocolate or vanilla chips? Will it still work?

  70. Dishin With Di on June 24, 2013: (Reply)

You could use semi-sweet baking chocolate cut into small pieces in place of
the semi-sweet chips and you could leave the white chips out. 🙂

  71. random queen on June 24, 2013: (Reply)

can u subsitute the coco powder?

  72. Tasneem Naji on July 13, 2013: (Reply)
