here: http://www..com/barsandsquares/FudgyChocolateBrownies.html of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Fudgy Brownies. These Fudgy Brownies use a whooping three quarters of a pound (340 grams) of semi sweet which makes an amazing brownie. They are rich and oh so chocolately, yet their texture is quite light and chewy. I call them “Fudgy” Brownies because their taste is almost like eating fudge.

    Pretty great recipe, quick, easy and a big hit with anyone, child or old.
    As a fellow cook, I can say that putting the flour through a sieve or sift
    will make the mix even more fluffy and help it rise a bit more. Question;
    why whisk the flour and chocolate into the eggs, instead of folding it in?
    It’s what we use in merengues, so it should work here, or is it too little
    of a difference to be concerned with?

    Hi Stephanie, I just tried to make the brownies today. Unfortunately I
    wasn’t successful with that. After I melt the chocolate and leave it at
    room temperature, it became very thick and heavy. Then after I mix
    everything together, it looks like a frosting than a mix for baking. notice
    that I have put the bowl of melt chocolate inside a large pot of water, in
    order to make it cool down faster. Is it a mistake?

    I made these brownies yesterday and they came out amazing! They were chewy,
    very moist, soft and since I too love chocolate, quite addictive. I altered
    the ingredients a little, I made some ganache for the top, added some
    unsweetened cocoa powder and 50 grams less sugar to the batter. Next time I
    think I’ll put in some nuts or sour cherries.

    Thank you Stephanie for sharing this wonderful recipe with us!
