If you’re not allergic to gluten or have an intolerance to it, you should
NOT eat gluten-free food. Gluten is not gonna hurt you in those cases.
Actually, it’s a protein that, for people who can take it, is actually
    BENEFICIAL.

Ask any doctor. Eating gluten free is not eating healthy. Eating healthy is
eating healthy. Leave gluten out of the equation, people.

to everyone knew to coconut flour. It’s 1/4 cup to 1 cup. so if the recipe
calls for one cup of all purpose flour, its 1/4 cup of coconut flour. it it
dryer then flour and absorbs more liquid. so using a 1 to 1 ratio makes
    things very dry!
