Gluten-Free Cheesecake Brownies

Gluten- Cheesecake Brownies
This is more of a cake-like brownie than a but so good.
  1. ½ cup of coconut flour
  2. 4 tbsp of cocoa
  3. ½ cup of mashed sweet potatoes
  4. 4 eggs
  5. ½ cup of milk
  6. ¼ cup of maple syrup
  7. ½ cup of chocolate chips
  1. 1 8oz of cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  3. ½ tsp of vanilla
  1. Combine the coconut flour and cocoa in a medium bowl.
  2. Next add in the sweet potatoes, eggs, maple syrup, and milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Lastly fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread this in an 8" round greased baking pan.
  5. Place the softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix in the maple syrup and vanilla .
  6. Spread this on top of the brownies and bake 350 for 40 minutes.
