For a 10″
150g Soft Unsalted Butter
330g Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Egg Yolk
280g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
200g Choc Chips
24 Oreos

110g Dark Choc (70% is best)
110g Unsalted Butter
220g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
90g Plain Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

    We call these “Slutty Brownies” here in the states, and they are TO DIE FOR. My mom made them for us once. Once you have a brownie like this, you’ll never go back to plain ones ever again. These are VERY rich, so I wouldn’t eat more than one.
