Brownie Recipe (my version):
– 225g dark vegan chocolate
– 1 cup coconut sugar
– 2 TBSP ground flaxseed + 5 TBSP water
– 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
– 3/4 cup ground almonds (or use spelt flour if you must)
– 1/4 cup plain cocoa powder
– 2 tsp coffee essence (or espresso)
– 6-8 TBSP salty crunchy PB for swirling over the top before they go in the oven 🙂
– Apply to face and enjoy
