Low Calorie Baked Brownie Oatmeal Recipe

Serves: 1
Calories: 450 (reduce it to 210 by NOT adding chocolate chunks)
Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oats to blend
– 2 tbsp unsweetened powder
– 1/2 tsp powder
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
– 1/2 ripe banana
– pinch of
– 1/3 cup milk
– chopped hazelnuts or walnuts to top
– 3 to 4 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chunks (optional)

Bake at 180C/350 F for 15 min to 18 min.
