Healthy Mug | How To Make A Low Fat Mug Brownie

In a small cup coated with baking spray add in:
1 Scoop (30g) of chocolate whey protein powder
2 Tbsp (20g) oat flour
1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
1 Tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
2 Tbsp (30mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp (40g) non-fat greek yogurt

Mix until combined and thick

Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (1250 watt) microwave used

Best to undercook than overcook

259 Calories, 3g Fat, 31g Carbs (7g fiber), 32g Protein

    I thought about remaking this video, but actually this video was the
    inspiration behind the “Month of Mug Cakes” series. Months ago when I made
    it I thought to myself “Damn this is one of your best recipe videos yet”.
    It’s funny how much the channel has improved since this video…and I hope
    you like the recipe (gosh it’s good) even if the quality of the video isn’t
    what you’re used to now. -Joe
