Ipanema Valley Fruit Brownies make a great base for this healthy snack recipe.
We wanted to take some snacks with us so we wouldn’t have to try to find something along the way that was both healthy and delicious.
We cut up 3 pieces of Pineapple Banana Fruit Brownies and soaked them in water until they were soft enough for the NutriBullet, then blended them with 3 tbsp of hemp seeds, 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, and 1/2 tsp vanilla powder.
Blend until well mixed, form into bite-size pieces, toss in shredded coconut and set in freezer for 20 minutes.
